Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Lower Mainland Scrap Recycling Center (the “Company”), located at 10942 Olsen Rd, Surrey, BC V3V 3T1, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all transactions and interactions with our business.

2. Vehicle and Scrap Metal Transactions

• All sellers warrant that they are the legal owner of any vehicle or material sold to the Company, or are authorized to sell on behalf of the owner.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all transactions involving catalytic converters, vehicles, and other regulated materials under BC law.
• Transaction prices are based on current market conditions at the time of sale and are subject to change.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse any transaction at its discretion.

3. Scrap Car Removal Service

• Free towing is provided within our designated service area. Areas outside this range may be subject to additional charges, which will be disclosed before service.
• The seller must ensure the vehicle is accessible and legally on their property or with the property owner’s permission.
• License plates must be removed by the seller before vehicle pickup in compliance with BC ICBC regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability for any transaction shall be limited to the transaction value. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
