No. There is no call out fee, no towing fee, no admin fee and no storage fee. What we quote is what you are handed.

Power, gas and water should be safely isolated by a qualified person before we lift anything. Tell us the situation when you book and we will confirm what is needed.
We plan the lift around your schedule, including evenings and weekends, so crews, tenants and job site traffic keep moving while we work.
Often yes. Send clear photos of the machine, the access route and the doorway or gate, plus the make and model, and we can usually quote from that.
Paperwork, Payment and Ownership
In most cases the vehicle registration and a piece of government photo identification showing you are the registered owner. If your paperwork is incomplete, call us and we will explain what British Columbia requires in your situation.
Cash, at the moment of collection. You are not waiting on a transfer or a cheque that clears later in the week.
Before the vehicle or machine leaves. The driver confirms the details with you, the paperwork is signed and the cash is handed over on the spot.
